An IXWebHosting Review

This IXWebHosting review will focus mostly on the support, or lack thereof, they provide for their customers. The general consensus is that they leave much to be desired. Like several other web hosting companies, the support team doesn’t seem to want to help their customers after the initial transition process. As soon as the customer feels accustomed to the company, they lose their support. The technical support, in particular, seems to be particularly useless. They act as though every customer should know exactly what to do in any situation, even if the problem is a server issue and can only be solved by the company’s technical team. Because of this, IXWebHosting has lost quite a few customers. After all, why deal with a company that seems to actively disregard your well-founded complaints?

Customer support isn’t viewed quite as badly, but they often take longer than they should to help their customers with issues. However, considering the very low pricing the company offers, this isn’t quite so unexpected.
